While we are still delivering both domestically and internationally, orders are subject to delays due to the virus. Orders are usually just 1 or 2 days delay, but due to the current conditions they could end up becoming more.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

For US states and most territories (incl. AK, HI, PR, VI, A. Samoa, and Guam) 

• Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat fee (free shipping over $25)
• Express Shipping: $19.95 flat fee

For all international countries we ship to worldwide

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat fee (free shipping over $45)
• Express Shipping: Currently, we do not offer express shipping on international orders. If you must ship express, please contact us at sales@propabeauty.com for a custom quotation. 

General transit time estimates:

• Standard carrier options (domestic):  3-6 business days
• Expedited carrier options (domestic): 2-4 business days
• Standard carrier options (international) 7-20 business days

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, COVID-19, natural occurrences, transfers from our international carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
